In our business, we hear a lot of the same general questions and are happy to provide answers that best fit each situation. Here are a few that may help you better understand our business and everything we can do for you:

Q: Where are you located?
A: 1828 W. Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808.  We are conveniently just west of downtown Fort Wayne with easy accessibility, ample parking, and a well-stocked candy dish inside the door.

Q: Do you provide prototypes for potential large orders?
A: Yes, for large orders we provide this service for no additional charge, but please note that prototypes and color matching are almost always options.

Q: Our company is very picky about logo color. Do you provide samples of colors before printing an order?
A: Yes, you can provide a Pantone® color to match or you are welcome to come in and pick out your colors from our many color charts. For a nominal charge, we can make a sample for your approval.

Q: Do you install large print graphics, vinyl, signs, etc.?
A: Yes, we are happy to install your signs and printed graphics for a nominal charge or we can work with your crew to ensure that installation is done properly.

Q: How much does a sign or vehicle lettering cost?
A: The cost of a sign depends upon several factors: size, color, material, interior or exterior, permanent or temporary, provided artwork or created by us?  Once we have this information, we will provide a more accurate estimate.

Q: Do you paint graphics?
A: Yes, however, modern technology makes vinyl much more versatile and appropriate in most sign applications.

Q: What file formats are acceptable?
A: Your prepared electronic files will speed up our production process.
Please apply these guidelines in your preparation:
SOFTWARE: Gerber Omega 2.0, Adobe Illustrator 10 or Adobe Photoshop 7.0

ACCEPTABLE FORMATS: We accept CDs, 3.5” floppy discs, and email. Emailed files can/should be zipped. We cannot accept Stuffed files. File formats in order of preference:
AI or EPS (with JPEG or TIFF preview)
TIFF
JPEG
If a MAC file is submitted, please convert all type to curves or outlines and save as an EPS.
TIFF files are also accepted.

RESOLUTION: Final resolution at the FINAL SIZE MUST BE AT LEAST 150 ppi. If creating the file at half size, it must be at least 300 ppi. Please ensure that your final file is proportional to the final output size.

COLOR SPECS: Please indicate PMS and CMYK colors used in files for accurate color. We print with CMYK process. Not all PMS colors have a close CMYK equivalent. We will print the closest CMYK or PMS color that is available on the material you choose.

OTHER NOTES: If you have an existing logo, mascot, or graphic design on letterhead, business card, banner or clothing, an electronic file probably exists somewhere. We prefer to have an electronic file. If we need to recreate the art before we use it, there will be additional production charges.
